Mema's House

Bunch Legacy Farms has been a true labor of love.  Lindsey Ray and Audrey Bunch were married January 22, 1955.  They  later adopted two children and gave those children a perfect life full of love, security, stability, support, etc.  Because of their unselfish sacrifices Bunch Legacy Farms means to fully "honor the past while building for the future"

Our first property is "Mema's House".  This was the home place since 1960.  Daddy bought the farm and was planning to bulldoze the house to build momma a new brick ranch style house.  She was adamant the house be renovated instead.  She was determined to have her big white house full of the many antiques she would later collect.  I promised her in her later years I would not allow her house to fall apart.  She and I decided a Bed and Breakfast would be perfect after her passing.   

The home is full of charm and character from the early 1900's.  It is a 4 bedroom 2 bath farm house with  upgrades to ensure coziness and comfort while keeping the nostalgia. Let us show you a little bit of that southern hospitality you hear so much about! Mema wouldn't have had it any other way!

Our view for the future is to spread the word about our beautiful and historic hometown of Edenton, NC. We hope to help draw attention for our local farmers and small business owners. The success of the community relies on all of our cooperation. We hope to keep our town small and quaint, yet successful and prosperous. We need your help to make this happen!!!
